Directory-Only Service
- NeedUrgentCare.com is a public directory listing urgent care clinics. We do not provide, endorse, or guarantee medical care, advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

- Clinic information comes from public sources or user submissions and may not be current or complete. Always verify details directly with clinics.
- In emergencies (e.g., chest pain, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms), call 911 or go to an ER immediately—do not rely on this Site.
Advertising
The Site displays third-party advertisements, including from Google AdSense and similar networks. These ads may use cookies or tracking technologies. We do not endorse advertised products/services, and you use them at your own risk. Google AdSense terms apply separately: https://adsense.google.com/adsense/terms.

Paid Listing Upgrades
Clinic owners or representatives may purchase listing upgrades:
- Basic Package (Free): Allows changes to name, address, phone number (NAP), and website URL only. No images, videos, or descriptions.
- Premier Package (Paid): Includes all Basic features plus adding images (up to 5), one YouTube video embed, custom descriptions (up to 300 words), priority placement in search results, and additional tags/services.
Paid upgrades are non-refundable. We reserve the right to review/approve changes, reject inappropriate content, or suspend listings for violations. Payments processed via [Stripe/PayPal]; pricing at https://needurgentcare.com/pricing. Upgrades do not guarantee search rankings or endorsements.

User Responsibilities
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Do not submit false information, spam, or harmful content.
- Listing owners: Provide accurate info; comply with upgrade terms. Free listings have no edit rights beyond NAP/website.
- You are responsible for interactions with clinics or advertisers. We are not liable for their services, accuracy, or outcomes.
No Warranties
The Site, listings, and ads are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose. We disclaim liability for errors, omissions, or damages from use.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeedUrgentCare.com, owners, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, clinic issues, ad clicks). Total liability shall not exceed $100 or paid upgrade fees.

Termination and Governing Law
We may suspend/terminate access or listings anytime. These Terms are governed by [Your State, e.g., California] laws.
